Hi,
I have pc with these specs
Intel core duo E8500 3.16Ghz
4 gig ram
Vista Business SP2 32Bit
I have never been able to start the server. It crashes instantly at startup.
I just removed the .NET FRAMEWORK completely and reinstalled everything.
The computer is uptodate in any other way imaginable.
Any thoughts? :confused:
Ps. I've tried with both the new and the old server.

Hey,
I have the same trouble although it seems to stay open until the cursor is moved over it, and my ipod still can't connect. It worked the first time I downloaded and started it but now it keeps closing.
Any Help would be appreciated.

Ye, mine is exactly the same..its there until you move your mousepointer over it.
However, what is interesting is that after 5 days is the I/We haven't received any support whatsoever. Not even an regocnition of our mail..nothing.
And i really don't mind waiting. If the product is for free. But the fact remains that i paid for the app. And i want it to work..i mean otherwise..what's the deal..
Wouldnt be that interestning iff ppl just released crap all over the Appstore without taking any responsibility whatsoever. -.-
So, either help ppl quick and easy or stop charging for a product that doesn't work.

Well, i haven't received any help/support whatsoever since the 13/1-10 .. and i've mailed several supporttickets. This is absolute crap. Haven't been able to neither use my product even once or gotten any support at all... - read my lips - "I want my money back" ! Please send me an email and i'll give you my account # for the deposit....................................
