Mobile air Mouse app connection problem

I've purchased this app and for some reason it is not connecting to my network! I have wifi everything is set up right! my apple tv works my two laptops work my playstation 3 works wii etc. everything is working fine! I just don't know why this app doesn't work even my iphone 3gs is connected to my network why wouldn't the app be working! I have a secure firewall I don't want to disable it because I don't want any one tapping into my network! so is there anyone out there that can answer my question to this answer because I've read a lot of posts and there useless I've spent the whole day trying to figure this thing out and it isn't worth my 3 dollars!:mad:

Please submit a support request using our contact form. There could be many different things that could be blocking your connection, we will troubleshoot it with you.

Hmm, I don't think I saw a question in the reply by the admin. Just a pretty straightforward statement....
