How do I wake up my mac mini using Air Mouse Pro? The instruction video says it would automatically wake up my mac when I open the air mouse app, but nothing happens.

But your Mac needs to be connected to the network router through the ethernet port, here's the quote from the manual:

"When you first connect to your computer, if the computer is sleeping, the app will attempt to wake it. However if it was unable to wake it, or you want to wake a different computer, press the power icon in the upper left hand screen of the app preference. A list of all the servers that you have connected to will come up and you can select which server you want to attempt to wake.

Please note that wake on lan requires that your computer be connected to your router using an ethernet cable. Many computers may require additional setup to support wake on lan. Our app simply sends a wake on lan packet to your computer, if your computer does not wake up, you will need to troubleshoot this on your own since this has to do with the configuration of your computer"

This might sounds a silly question given the above clearly states LAN connection must be ethernet, but does it actually have to be? I ask because:
- My macbook supports 'wake for network requests' both through wifi and ethernet
- I can't wire an ethernet connection to my macbook's docked location
- The docked location only works in clamshell mode which makes waking with a key a real pain
Having said which I currently can't get MM to successfully wake the macbook. Or even to maintain conection to enter user password (fine when past that point).
Any pointers gratefully received by someone new to this and about as far away from expert as it gets!
