I'd also like very much to see a Linux version. Do you need any beta testers?

Count me in as another request for a Linux server app. We've been using our Macbooks to hook up to the TV and Air Mouse has been a godsend for that. I've now got an older PC that I'm going to re-commission as an HTPC, so we don't have to keep swapping our laptops out. I'd much prefer to use Linux on it instead of XP, but until there's a Linux server app, that's a no go, and I don't want to go back to having a wireless mouse and keyboard being a semi-permanent feature on the coffee table.

I'd love to beta test if/when you have something ready, sign me up! :)

If this app supported Linux I would weep with joy

Any progress on the Linux version? I was told via PM in December 2009 that it might be coming out sometime in January 2010. Just curious and it seems I'm not alone - this thread has one of the highest view counts on the forum.

Still willing to beta test if you need it...

We put the linux version on hold for now. We are focused on making the Mac and PC versions rock solid before we release another platform.

I would also love to see this app for Linux.

I currently own it and love it, but my Ubuntu Media Center is experiencing no Air Mouse love.

I would love to see this come through. Many are running their media center on ubuntu because of its hardware acceleration.

Is there any news on this? is it still an ongoing project?

Well, you see,
six days ago he posted that hes going to hold the Linux-version, because of Problems with Mac and Windows. But i really really hope that this will come out soon.
Maybe just the core of the application, the trackpad and the mouse-left and mouse-right buttons, could be implemented. Its enough for a first "beta"-release, and the Linux-User would be happy ;)

Well. I would like to see the keyboard function aswell.
Hope they would at least release a beta.

Do you ever consider put the Linux version as an open source code

A linux (ubuntu) version would be great! There is no functionality yet in ubuntu for this and the need is big considering the discussions on other forums.

So far, I can manage to put it into WINE, but it crashes when it tries to load.

Please bring on a Linux version of the server software!
