Air mouse stuck in caps lock?

i have spent good money on the iphone and ipad versions of your software. i am so frustrated with it right now i almost want to crap in my hand and rub it on my face. my airnmouse keepsmgetting stuck in caps lock. that's the only way i can describe it. the shift button on the screen doesn,t turn blue but it behaves like caps lock is on.

for example
1. when i'm in itunes if a song is already highlighted and i click on another song 4 songs down, it highlights that song and every song in between - just like shift clicking on the mac.
2. when i click an app in my dock to open it, the app is shown in the finder instead of opening likeni want it to.

so, it's less like caps lock and just more like shift+the function that i'm trying to perform. this issue makes your software worthless to me. i absolutely love the concept and when it works it is a joy, don't get me wrong. i'm not a hater. i'm just an agitated consumer who should have cooled off before posting this.

BY THE WAY< THE PROBLEM IS INTERMITENT AND HAS NO RHYME OR REASON TO WHEN IT HAPPENS! HEH HEH>>>IT JUST DID IT NOW WHILE I"M TYPING THIS FROM MY IPAD! THESE CAPITAL LETTERS ARE NOT YELLING>>>THIS IS A TIMELY ILLUSTRATION OF MY PROBLEM>

BTW< I"VE TRIED REINSTALLING THE SERVER AND EACH TIME I DO THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO RESOLVE FOR A WHILE BUT THEN RIGHT BACK AGAIN> I CAN"T DO THAT EVERY FEW DAYS AND I SHOULDNT HAVE TOO>

What version of the server and app are you using? Does this happen on both the iPad and iPhone version?

i'm using v 2.0.0 of the server and the most recent updates on the apps. yes it happens with both the iphone and ipad apps.

I have had this problem a lot between my iPhone and my iMac(s). In addition I have a very similar problem which is that the Air Mouse gets in a state where it is sending unwanted COMMAND modifiers with the characters rather than unwanted SHIFT characters. Eg if I am trying to type in a URL beginning with an 'n' a new browser window will be created. These problems are immensely frustrating and I have no idea how to fix them.

I have V 2.2.0 of the server and whatever is the current version of the iPhone software.

Hoping you can help me.

When I downloaded the newest update, and installed it (replacing the older version) the problem with the command button stuck on persisted.

I then deleted the air mouse server from the applications folder and restarted the computer, reinstalled the new server program....Voila everything works great!

of course i've tried reinstalling the server software and it fixed the issue before however the issue came back and it does so on a daily basis. i shouldn't have to reinstall the software every day! i'm so frustrated with this app.
