Cannot install soft - Win XP

I cannot install soft (the last version - setup2.0.3) on my computer (Win XP SP2, firewall - COMODO). After the welcome screen (Welcome to the installer ... blah blah blah) when I click Next, it's disappearing. I can see the running Win Installer process in Process Explorer, but cannot bring to front. Any help? )

I was thinking may be because of new version - the old one (it worked) I deleted before try that one.

Do you still have the old copy?
If not let me know and I will search my library for you, if I don't have it then I'm sure thunders will email young copy..
