I am unable to connect with my Ipod Touch. I am running the latest version of Snowleopard on the Macbook Pro and I am getting an error message:
"Unable to connect. Please make sure that the server is running an that you do not have a firewall blocking incoming traffic on your computer or network" I checked all the settings and eveything seems ok, not sure why I can't get it to connect. Any ideas?

I have recently upgraded to Macbook Pro and I have the same problem. It worked fine with my iPod touch and older Macbook. But now with my iphone 3gs and Macbook Pro it isn't working anymore. I get the same text.
Why hasn't anyone from 'mobileairmouse' responded to this thread yet?

Funny how no one from Air Mouse is responding to this thread. I got to thinking about my same problem and decided to uninstall the program from my computer and reinstall it from their website... that seemed to do the trick.
I've been using the Air Mouse for a while, but when the newest update came through on the App Store, it wouldn't connect anymore. I figured the latest download for my computer might be the updated version for the App update... and it was. Working great now.

You guys in admin are really on the ball huh? There are a bunch of posts on this topic and all you can ask is some generic question?

Actually, I'd like to see the same. The documentation refers us to the troubleshooting info first, and then to the forums. We get to the forums and we're told to go to the troubleshooting page.
I want to buy the paid app but there's no way I'm going to do that until I get the free one working. Nor will I recommend it to anyone else unless I can.
